What is covered?
Our 2-Year Warranty covers defects in:
- Materials (fabric tears, stitching issues, zippers, or prints showing abnormal deterioration).
- Manufacturing (assembly flaws, seams coming undone, misprints not matching product description).
- Functionality (items not performing as described, e.g., pockets or straps failing prematurely).
What is not covered?
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use,
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect,
- Issues resulting from improper care or cleaning,
- Custom or personalized items.
Your rights under EU law
Under EU Directive 1999/44/EC, consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on goods.
This means we are responsible for repairing, replacing, or refunding products that are defective or not as described within 2 years of purchase.
Who is covered?
- Customers in the European Union are automatically protected by this legal guarantee.
- For customers outside the EU (UK, USA, Canada, and beyond), Jelly Kvlt voluntarily extends the same 2-year coverage for consistency and peace of mind.
