At Jelly Kvlt, we want your experience with our cosmic products to be perfect. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if you encounter any issues covered by our 2-Year Warranty, we’re here to assist you.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase for verification.


How Do I Start a Return?

To initiate a return, contact us at support@jellykvlt.com before sending anything back.
We will confirm your eligibility and provide the correct return address and instructions.

⚠️ Important:

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • Depending on your location, we will advise on the most cost-effective return method.

Damages, Issues, and 2-Year Warranty

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

If your product has a defect or issue covered under our 2-Year Warranty, you are eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must still be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


International Returns (UK, USA, Canada & Other Countries)

  • UK: Returns are treated as export/import and may involve customs fees. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or sent in error).
  • USA & Canada: Returns must be sent to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or sent in error). Please note that international return shipping costs may be high (often €20–40 depending on the carrier).
  • Other countries: Returns are accepted, but costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
