At Jelly Kvlt, we want your experience with our made-to-order activewear, swimwear, hoodies and accessories to feel as smooth as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if you encounter an issue covered by our 2-Year Warranty, we are here to help.

Because our products are produced on demand, we ask customers to carefully check the size guide and product details before ordering. However, eligible items can still be returned under the conditions below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase for verification.


How Do I Start a Return?

To start a return, contact us at support@jellykvlt.com before sending anything back.

We will review your request, confirm whether the return is eligible, and provide the correct return address and instructions.

Important:

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • Depending on your location, we may advise on the most practical or cost-effective return method.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@jellykvlt.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the case quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will guide you through the next steps. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund under our 2-Year Warranty.


2-Year Warranty

Jelly Kvlt offers a 2-Year Warranty covering material and manufacturing defects, including issues with seams, zippers, prints, or production quality.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations made after delivery.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after delivery, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated, or unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized items,
  • Gift cards,
  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or returned without tags or original packaging,
  • Discounted or promotional items where return restrictions are allowed by applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including rights related to defective products or mandatory cooling-off periods where applicable.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size, design, or product is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement product.

Because our products are made on demand, direct exchanges may not always be available.


International Returns

International returns are accepted when eligible, but return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

  • United Kingdom: returns may involve customs procedures or handling fees. We will provide the correct return instructions before you ship the item back.
  • United States & Canada: returns must be sent to the address we provide. International return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier and parcel size.
  • Other countries: returns may be possible depending on your location and the product. Contact us first so we can confirm the correct process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may need additional time to process and post the refund.
